Weight Training - Spring (Online)

Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides stress to the muscles that cause them to adapt and get stronger. Effective weight training depends on proper technique. This class is designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using proper and safe techniques. You will need a set of hand weights, a mat, and a chair (sometimes). Janet Jonson, ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
