We are proud to offer floating fitness classes on our floating fit mats at Welch Pool! Take your yoga practice to the water! FloYo is a mind body experience like no other. Practicing on the aqua boards, you will challenge your balance, strength and coordination all while exploring sun salutations, core work, and muscle-building bodyweight exercises. No prior yoga experience required, just an adventurous spirit.
