This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. For this class, we will be using a 50 second intense period followed by 10 second rest period. The class is a 4 X 5, meaning four different intervals repeated five times. You will need a set of hand weights, a mat, and a chair (sometimes).
